The Right Place For A Store

Building a store right next to the High Street will support the whole town and be convenient for shopping. The building will replace run-down warehouses and make the riverside view much better.

In addition, Babergh Council also agrees it is the right place for a supermarket – in 2006 the site (called Brett Works) was given special status in local planning policy (the Local Plan) as the best place for a supermarket in Hadleigh, after several locations were considered by the Council and a Planning Inspector.
